1. How can I verify the quality of your products?
Exalt Hemp offers easily accessible COAs (Certificates of Analysis) with each ingestible hemp-derived product. Simply scan the QR code on your product to access our actual lab results!
2. How is the Shelf Life of your products determined?
Exalt Hemp takes several measures to ensure your product will last longer and still show the same affects as when you first purchased it. Each product undergoes Stability Testing in accelerated temperatures and humidity over a period of time. We also add Vitamin E in many products, which is a great antioxidant and will preserve the quality of your product and prevent any oxidation.
3. What are your working hours?
Our team is available from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. If you need assistance during our off-hours or the weekend, send us an email at exalthemp@gmail.com and we will do our best to respond as soon as we can.
5. When will I feel the results of hemp products?
Hemp works differently for everyone. Many are under the assumption that hemp extracts will show immediate results. While this may be true for some, you’ll see greater long-term results when using hemp extract regularly as part of your daily lifestyle.
6. How do I know which hemp extract strength is right for me?
If you are new to hemp-derived products, our advice is to start at low dose and gradually work your way up to your comfort level. Alternatively, you can purchase a higher dose, but only take 1/4 or 1/2 of a dropper – this could last you even longer!
